includes recruitment and deployment of seafarers.\u00a0 To ensure that only qualified seafarers are deployed to its manned vessels, MMSP offers and provide training courses that would develop their technical skills and competencies in various aspects.\u00a0 MMSP also monitors and guides their seafarers\u2019 career path.\u00a0 In this way, they develop and create their own pool of homegrown officers and engineers for three (3) months and housed at the dormitory free-of-charge prior they will be given their vessel
